Are you suffering from the onset of Spring? Sandi Rogers may have something that could help your hayfever or a lingering cold.

Orange Peel For Hay Fever
Take an orange and peel back as much of the pith as possible, as it is quite bitter, and scrape it off with a spoon.
Chop the peel very finely and then add equal parts honey (eg 1 tablespoon of chopped peel to 1 tablespoon of honey)
Mix together and take it by the teaspoon per day.
Put orange peel in an open oven at 100 degrees until the peel is dry.
Powder it down.
Make a fairly strong cup of standard black tea and add a teaspoon of the orange peel powder.

Antiviral Tea – Antiseptic, Antiviral and Antihistamine
In a 500ml coffee plunger put 2 tea bags or one tablespoon of fresh leaves.
Fill up with boiling water and allow the tea to draw so it gets nice and strong.
Add a couple of tablespoons of grated fresh ginger.
Add a finely sliced lemon with the peel and half a finely sliced orange with peel.
Add sugar or honey to taste.
Plunge to push all ingredients to the bottom.
Good idea is to put it in a thermos and drink throughout the day.
