Other foods that are excellent to include in the diet for heart health

Celery

Chilli

Garlic

Onions

It is OK to take fish oil supplements although you are better to get the whole fish in 3 times a week. If you have problems with the heart or the cardiovascular system then eat fish and take fish oils supplements.
