Firstly, see a practitioner to see exactly where the pain is occurring.

Then dip a wad of cotton wool into castor oil and place the cotton wool on the affected area, wrap it in cling wrap and seal it.

Leave the wrap on overnight and then remove. Repeat for 14 days straight.

The oil will soak into the skin and should provide relief after 14 days.
