Cracked heel Balm
4 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
1/2 cup of raw sugar

The juice of 1 lemon
Grated rind of 1 lemon

Combine all ingredient and soak for one hour
Massage small amount into heels
Put socks on and walk around to increase circulation
Leave for around an hour
Wash off with warm water

Mixture can be refrigerated
The sugar irritates the dead skin, oil is softening and lemon seals the skin.

Regenerating body Exfoliate
1/4 cup coconut oil or cream
1 cup raw sugar
Juice of 2 lemons
Rind of two lemons, finely chopped

Massage over whole body, including the face
Leave for 5-10 mins
Wash off with warm water

Focus on heals, elbows and front of the shins.
Use this once a week.

Soothing Bath
Variation for itchy skin:  Add finely chopped stinging nettle to the bath
Fill the foot of a nylon stocking with uncooked rolled oats.  Tie the stocking to the nozzle of the bath and let the water run through it as the bath fills.
