Try this recipe for a post-fever boost to the immune-system.  She also discussed apple cider vinegar, honey and vertigo.

Sandi’s Immune Boosting Juice

– 1/4 onion

– 8 leaves of cabbage – the darker green the better

– 1 carrot

– 1 apple – including peel

Juice all the ingredients and add an equal quantity of water. Make fresh for best affects. Take twice a day for a month.  This recipe is for two people.
