Do you have mouth problems such as mouth ulcers, dry mouth, coated tongue or bad breath?
Problems with the mouth can be so challenging and confronting. The more you try to fix it the worse it can get. The reason for this may lie in the fact that the mouth is the only part of the body that is treated, however it is important to link treatment to support the immune system and together with a few topical agents you may be able to turn that delicate tissue in the mouth into a less sensitive and comfortable orifice.
The immune tea that I have suggested to clients, readers of my blogs and books is exceptional to include in your daily diet and is quite pleasant to taste. I will leave the tea until the finale of the article. So let is look at a few options to help get the ball rolling.
Mouth rinses are old fashioned but still effective. The three I have included here have been reported by clients across the Nation to be effective.
Rinse one
Rinse the mouth out with 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar combined with 20mls of water
Rinse two
- 1 teaspoon of glycerine
- 4 teaspoons of water
- 1 teaspoon of lemon juice
Mix together and rinse the mouth out, discarding the rinse. Do not swallow.
Rinse three
Simply take 1 tablespoon of extra virgin cold pressed coconut oil and rinse out the mouth covering all areas and discard.
Now you will need to get that immune system supported so a few hints and tips; what to remove, what to add and concluding with the famous immune tea and citrus honey
Remove from the diet highly processed foods, sugar and white flour products
Include water by sipping 30mls of water to 1 kilo of body weight up to 3L a day
Include fresh fruits, vegetables nuts and grains and high protein low fat foods
Lastly make up the immune tea and consume daily.
- 500 mls of strong black tea
- Finely slice ½ lemon + peel
- Finely slice ½ orange + peel 4 |
- 2 tablespoons of grated fresh ginger
- ½ teaspoon of cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon citrus honey
- Good to make in a coffee plunger
Put into a thermos and have throughout the day. A powerhouse of healing awaits you with this wonderful blend.
Citrus honey
- Strip the rind off 1 orange and make sure little or no pith (the white stuff)
- Strip the rind off 1 lemon and make sure little or no pith
- 3 tablespoons of orange juice
- 3 tablespoons of lemon juice
- 1 crushed clove
- Pinch cinnamon
- 2 cups of honey
In a saucepan combine citrus and spices, warm then stir in the honey. Refrigerate and will last up to 2 weeks
Dose
1 tablespoon a day or can add to Immune enhancing tea which is a superb tonic for everyday use.
